Career Incubator Day

The Career Incubator Day was inspired by the idea that there is a role we can play as a facilitator between the kids we seek to serve and the corporate partners whose expertise can be infinitely valuable in young lives.

Our Career Incubator Day is designed to bring some of our accomplished corporate partners directly to a group of bright, motivated students to teach them lessons that stretch beyond the school day and into their careers.

All Stars launched the first Career Incubator Day on April 11, 2009 at Eastside College Preparatory School in East Palo Alto.

Representatives from these impressive Bay Area companies brought their enthusiasm, expertise and equipment for these interactive, hands-on sessions: Intel, Credit Suisse, Seasons Capital, Hewlett Packard, UCSF Children’s Hospital, Electronic Arts, Yahoo!, EBR Systems, Google, San Jose Mercury News, and Franklin Templeton Investments.

In continuing to build our Career Incubator program we've expanded to New York where we're exposing hard-working students to the various industries and career paths available to them. To find out how you can get involved in the Bay Area or New York, please contact jessica@allstarshelpingkids.org.
