The Career Incubator Program was born of the idea that there is a role All Stars Helping Kids can play as a facilitator between historically disadvantaged students and the corporate partners whose expertise could be infinitely valuable in these young lives.  Students participating in the program are introduced to the various career paths available to them via small seminars led by corporate executives, job shadowing and internships.  Through these experiences we hope to equip our students with tools necessary to navigate the world in and out of the classroom. We hope to expose junior and senior high school students to a real-world view of companies and career paths in the working world.
