LOS ANGELES, CALIF — On Jul 8 – 9,  the USC Heritage Association and former USC athletes will team up to put on The Trojan Nation All-Star Golf Invitational. The event will feature some of the top celebrities in both sports and entertainment. Benefits from the event will go towards charities founded by former Trojan athletes.

First, the event will benefit All Stars Helping Kids, a Bay Area nonprofit, that works to disrupt the cycle of childhood poverty and encourage innovation through seed funding and consulting with other Bay Area nonprofits.

USC Heritage Association provides resources for coaches and student athletes to compete at the championship level, both on the field and in the classroom. In addition, this event benefits the HollyRod Foundation, which helps provide medical, physical and emotional support to people with Parkinson’s Disease and Autism.

Another participating organization is the Matt Leinart Foundation, granting resources and opportunities to support disadvantaged youths to build character development, and help each child maximize his or her academic and personal achievement.

The festivities will kick off on Sun, Jul 8 with a exclusive VIP dinner at the USC Heritage Hall and will continue on Mon, Jul 9 with the golf outing at North Ranch Country Club.

For tickets and sponsorship opportunities, please visit the event website or contact Denise Coleman, Event Coordinator at 858.729.3839 or by email at denise@allstarshelpingkids.org
